Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 7-14 business days.
Order Tracking After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
π Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal You have 14 days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code and European regulations.
Conditions for Return The product must be:
- Intact and undamaged
- Unused
- In its original packaging
How to Request a Return Contact us via the Contact Us page, indicating your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or one not conforming to the order.
Refund The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used.
β οΈ Defective or Incorrect Product
If you have received a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
